Hand Embroidered Knitwear:
Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns For change of mind. If there is an error with your order please get in touch.
We are not responsible to any damage to your hand embroidered knitwear if you don’t follow the above care instructions provided. Due to the nature of the product please be mindful that the item can easily be snagged if worn during playtime outside or around animals.
All jumpers are hand embroidered one by one and customised by me. Each one will vary a little. No orders will be the same as they are all free hand writing with invisible ink prior to hand embroidering. This also applies to any extra designs.
Knitwear are an OVERSIZED fit so do Not size up.
Hand wash with cool water and dry flat. Do not put in dryer.
When you purchase a customised item from us, we apply the chosen name, or phrase (or both) to a pre-made item of clothing. At present we do not physically make our clothing, but rather we source them from our supplier.
Your creation was individually personalised by hand so please be aware that the placement of your personalisation can vary slightly from time to time. We take the utmost care when creating each piece, however variations or irregularities in placement are not flaws; they are the unique handmade nature of our products. Each of our products are made using the highest quality garments and commercial grade vinyl or heat transfer material. The sizing and positioning of letters of a name on a custom jumper will vary depending on the size of the garment, the font you choose and the length of the name. Shorter Names the letters will appears larger than a longer name: for example - Max will have larger letters than Aoibheann.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns of items that are personalised but this of course does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Due to the personalised/customised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please select carefully. Please take your time when ordering as we are unable to make changes to sizing or colours once your order has been place.
Bonay Baby and Kids Boutique shall not be held responsible for costs due to customer input or spelling errors. If you have made an error when ordering please contact us as soon as possible at on Instagram or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bonay Baby and Kids is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the size guide for each specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please use the measurements to compare against another garment you already own.
Please ensure that you follow the care guide labelled on each item when caring for your garments. If you suspect a manufacturing fault with your item please email customer care at email@example.com immediately to address the nature of the fault, along with your order name and number. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Once order is received it is the customers responsibility to care for their garments and any items which have been misused, damaged, mistreated, roughly handled or didn't follow the care instructions by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If the item is deemed faulty by Bonay Baby and Kids Boutique the item must be returned, at the customers expense, within 7 days of delivery.
Returns that do not meet our refund policy requirements may be denied. Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer an exchange or credit note upon receiving the item and after inspection.We will do our best to exchange your item if there is a manufacturing fault depending on whether we have that particular item in stock. if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
